2. Scope of Services

Effeo Agency delivers founder-led growth strategy, paid media management (Meta, Google, TikTok, Native Ads), Shopify CRO optimization, and Klaviyo email retention automation for D2C brands, B2B manufacturers, and SaaS platforms. Specific deliverables, retainers, and performance metrics are defined in individual client master service agreements (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, proprietary growth frameworks, website visual assets, custom code, logos, and performance methodologies displayed on this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Effeo Agency di Fatih Ozusakli.

4. Client Responsibilities & Ad Spend

Clients remain responsible for maintaining active advertising account billing methods with third-party ad networks (Meta, Google, etc.). Media spend is billed directly by ad networks to client payment accounts.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan (Milano), Italy.
